The chalet was built in 1982 and was last renovated in 1997.
The three-storey chalet has 5 apartments:
Trilo (40 m2 , for 2-6 persons. One bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds; living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine), bathroom. Most apartments have a balcony, but not all).
