The main building was built in 1977, the main part of the hotel in 1992. The last renovation was carried out in winter 2014-2016. The total area is 72,000 m 2 .
The hotel consists of a main 3-storey building with an elevator, a complex of bungalows and a separate 2-storey annex building.

Due to the prevalence of descents and ascents (or a large number of stairs), we do not recommend the hotel to guests with limited mobility.
